Składniki:
- 2 x cukinia
- kilka piersi z kurczaka
- 1 cebula
- kukurydza
- fasola
- 4 pieczarki
- 1 x pomidory z puszki
- brokuły
- sól/pieprz/czosnek/papryka
Przygotowanie:
Kurczak: rozgrzewamy olej na patelni, kroimy cebulę, szklimy, dorzucamy mięso i przyprawiamy. Po 10minutach dorzucamy warzywa wg uznania i dusimy.
Nie marnujemy czasu, więc szybko wydrążamy cukinie i kładziemy na rozgrzaną patelnię, grillujemy z obu stron.
Gdy warzywa z mięsem będą gotowe, wypełniamy nimi nasze zielone łódeczki. Otulamy je folią aluminiową i kładziemy na kilka minut na patelnię. Nie zapomnij o żółtym serze na górze! Tym razem użyłam topionego serka do tostów.
Jedz z ryżem, ziemniakami lub... makaronem ;)
This is this time, when G. makes faces, when he sees again the combination of pasta, chicken and broccoli. In Poland I had really lot of time, to create new, interesting dishes. When I moved into my new flat (actually arleady during the flight to Germany) I hit on an idea, to bake somehow my favourite vegetable: zucchini. Your question: How, when you don't even have any stove? My answer: Yes, but I have very amazing grill-pan, one of the best invention on the world, which you can use on differents ways!
Ingredients:
- 2 x zucchini
- a few chicken breast
- 1 onion
- maize
- kidney bean
- 4 x mushrooms
- tomatos from a can
- broccoli
- salt/pepper/garlic/paprika
Meat: warm up the oil, cut the onion, after onion put the meat on the pan and add your favourites seasonings. After 10min add vegetables and stew it all.
Don't waste the time! Remove the insides from our zucchini and put on warmed up pan, grill from every side.
When the meat and vegetables will be ready, place them in our "green boats", wrap them in silver foil and put them on the grill-pan for few minutes. Don't forget about the chees on the vegetables!
Eat with rice, potatos or... pasta ;)
